Our Position:

We support this bill.

Dear Senator,

On behalf of more than 1.6 million Americans for Prosperity (AFP) activists in all 50 states, I urge you to repeal the so-called Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act and the Reconciliation Act of 2010. These bills have substantive, procedural and constitutional flaws. AFP is proud to make the vote to repeal this bill our first Key Vote of the 112th Congress.

I urge you to vote Yes on S. 192, a bill to repeal ObamaCare and the reconciliation bill. AFP will rate this vote in our congressional ratings.
